Booking & Reservations

We accept advance bookings for all events. To secure your preferred date, a 50% deposit of the total package amount is required. Reservations are confirmed on a first deposit, first reserved basis, while the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. By booking our services, the client acknowledges the photographer’s editing style and creative approach as reflected in our portfolio. The client is likewise responsible for securing and communicating all necessary permits, permissions, and access required for event venues and locations prior to the event. We recommend booking early, as dates are often reserved well in advance.

Rates & Packages

The prices and package inclusions displayed on this website are final at the time of publication. However, rates and inclusions may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice at the sole discretion of the photographer. FREE TRANSPO applies only to selected packages within Pampanga. For packages without included transport, or for locations outside Pampanga, a minimum transportation fee of ₱500.00 will apply. Additionally, the client is responsible for providing or covering parking access and fees if required by the event venue.

Event Coverage & Overtime

Event coverage is based on the agreed duration per package. Any time extension beyond the allotted coverage period will be considered overtime and will be subject to additional charges, which shall be communicated and agreed upon prior to continuation of coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Photographer: We commit to performing all services in a professional, artistic, and timely manner.
  • Client Cooperation: The client agrees to provide full access to the venue location(s) and cooperate as needed to ensure smooth coverage.
  • Special Requests: Any specific requests, shot lists, or expectations must be communicated to the photographer in advance.

Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum Liability: The photographer’s liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from these terms or services provided is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client.
  • Uncontrollable Events: The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, venue rules/restrictions, equipment failure, or unexpected emergencies. We are also not responsible for coverage delays or lighting limitations caused by venue setups, third-party vendors, or schedule changes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, the required 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
  • Photographer Cancellation: Should the photographer need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, severe weather, or travel disruption), a full refund of all payments made by the client will be issued.
  • Rescheduling: If an event needs to be rescheduled due to emergency or unforeseen events, a new date and time may be agreed upon, subject to the photographer’s availability.

Photo Delivery & Editing

All selected images are professionally edited and carefully enhanced by the photographer to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Our standard editing turnaround time is 15 days from the event date. This allows us to carefully review, select, and enhance each image while maintaining a natural and timeless look. Final edited photos are delivered in high resolution through a private Google Drive download link, making it easy for you to access, save, and share your memories with family and friends. A rush editing service may be requested for an additional fee, subject to the photographer’s availability.

RAW Files Policy

RAW files are available upon request for an additional fee and must be arranged before the event date. Please note that RAW files are unedited and do not represent the photographer's final artistic vision or quality standards. For this reason, RAW images may not be credited, attributed, or represented as the photographer's finished work when shared or published.
